And how will they have room for an audience with his ego in the room? He'll remind everyone of his amazing feats and escapades in the military and how he's earned his MBA while working part time at Coloplast. All while taking credit for the hard work of those around him with the protection of senior leadership. Receiving notes from JP about digital marketing is like listening to my grandma tell me about how the King of Wakanda reached out to her on MyFace and needs her help transferring Vibranium. I wonder which one of his employees really wrote his presentation?
Is there nothing better to do with your time? You could try selling something. For any outsiders reading these Colo posts, I promise you the majority of the individuals at the company are genuine, kind and hard working people that keep to their own business. Unfortunately there are a few don’t have anything better to do than disparage others for their own amusement. It’s quite unfortunate, but I’m pretty certain you’ll find these petty and bored employees at any company.
Oooooooooohhhh, you in troubllllllleee. You said something about Golden Boy. For any outsiders reading this post, there is a reason why our HR dept has now become the PR department. They have to constantly monitor these boards to make our commentary appear disingenuous. It is a classic political assassin technique. Attack those who are bold enough to state what they see. Unfortunately yes this is a public forum. Just remember HR is here to protect the company not the employee. This is just another example of how we all know who the viruses are at the company however they are protected at the top end of the food chain. Instead lets put a sales rep on a PDP for not making the BS plan that these guys came up with. Whose taking them to task for our failures? Whose holding them accountable for missing projections? What kind of remediation is given if the employee survey tells you there is a culture problem and I do not like my "boss." When JP left our division I think there were like 250 happy face emojis via text in a group chat. Just saying. Personally I hope to find his presentation online. His cadence is horrific, his tone is condescending, and I have not had cringe worthy moment in awhile.
This thread is classic! Couldn't help but notice another Coloplast alumna on the docket for that conference- we were lucky to get rid of that marketing nightmare... between JB's voice and that southern drawl, this is sure to be a huge snoozefest.
