me too!! the moves yesterday were not the moves made it a typical reorganization. they were moves made by a very crooked company against some reps that had the nerve to voice concern over very questionable practices.

it is Obvious, they wanted low salaries employees that they can screw out of all bonus and not pay for hetlioz either.

 

We are all fucked. This is solely round 1 of ANSRs replacing NSRs. By this time next year, it will be solely ANSRs - if the company is not closed down by then.

 

This. If you are not actively looking you are an idiot. Every position in sales is posting as an associate rep. Look at the description - no previous sales exp wanted, new college grads. This about the experience this company hired us for. Think about what every company values - experience. We are being shown the door. Don’t wait to be pushed out.

There were so many signs of being shown the door with the ridiculous business plans that some had to do, the skills enhancements for both Fanapt and Hetlioz that managers swore up and down "were not actual performance improvement plans," constantly fucking people on bonus plans, the withholding of bonuses that date back to 2017, no GAR, no IC plan, targeting Winner's Circle members, the shitty raises and the way that some people got royally screwed without any raises at all!
