You don't need to investigate further. They weren't even discrete and most Sigouin's subordinates knew. She'll stop at nothing to get promoted. I disagree, it is not only a conflict of interest, leaders abide by strong moral and values. It is the foundation of trust.

Agree with above. A manager willing to do anything will do anything to you. She can promote & fire based on pretense.

    not clear about wrongdoing here.

It is a mean to falsely invoice. Doing so you artificially create sales. Typically used to boost sales for a given financial period. Problem is that it is not legal.

International accounting standards state that the customer has to take delivery of the goods before the revenue can be recognized - even if you have a signed purchase order from the customer. Moving the product to another company location and claiming you’re “storing” the customers product in order to recognize revenue is very clearly a violation.

Yeah, Sigouin was the beginning of the end. First move she discontinued millions of equipment & wrapped it under ProAct. Packaging looks nice, but shit is inside that box. Arjo smells bad said customers & rep have to deal with that shit.

Agreed with above. If it looks like shit, smells like shit, and feels like shit, customers don’t have to actually eat it to know it’s shit... ProAct is bullshit

Right, $50 million worth of equipment discontinued and sales went down. Very few customers ate our shit.

As a customer once told me... ProAct is a solution for a problem Arjo created...

All managers, no exception, advise Anne otherwise. Discontinuing so much and giving no lead time would be detrimental to the business. Still, Sigouin went ahead. When the shit hit the fan, she said knowing this WE would have done things differently. The I decide became WE made a mistake...great team spirit Anne...

The biggest concern for any organization should be when their most passionate people become quiet (Tim McClure)...
    Sigouin likes it quiet...very quiet...
