I was just let go and my last day is today. I hear 11 others were similarly affected and the Business Relationship Managers are gone too. Since I was here less then a year I get a 2 week severance. Reason given was the decline in the TIRF marketplace.

Yep. The BRM team was all displaced today in addition to 11-12 Reps. Can’t wait to see how the leadership (if you can call them that) tries to spin this news. This ship is taking on water - and fast! Time to get out as you don’t want to be the last one standing there holding a bottle of Syndros that nobody wants to prescribe.

could have called them doing layoffs along time ago. Weak ass severance package for people that have families to feed. I hope that home office and Brian jerkings can sleep well tonight knowing they cut people with a shit exit package. The pleasure will come when the entire company sinks!

This company is under investigation for very good reasons. However, they “say” they have been cleaning up all .... but there is no loyalty from this super odd organization and it drives the sales people to cross compliance lines by motivatitimg them from fear. No wonder they are in the DOJ situation! It’s not going to change unless they change their culture. Beware

Sinking ship!! DOJ needs to dig deeper!!!! There is so much more. This “organization” is driving their employees to cross ethical boundaries. It’s all still happening!!! Get out while you can !!!!!

Chandler office took a small hit. Unfortunately not the right people. How is Maggie still there? IT Adam? Sanga? Jennifer M? Vikram? Krishna? New procurement guy? So, did they layoff enough people to cover the next round of Exec bonuses?

What areas for reps were laid off? Sad. Knew it was coming though.

Most of the customers have black balled Insys anyway. Ship sinking fast!

Sorry you lost your job but that’s not a reason to call out people who are working hard and are part of the upcoming strategic imperatives. Good luck in your career.

Which reps were laid off? Account manager cuts were due long ago. Shocked they lasted this long. Alot were promoted to sales reps in the past year. They too should have gotten the axe.

    Who was let go????

How many of the reps that were cut had also recently spoke up about things being unethical and such? The companies no printing policy, aggressive tactics, unrealistic PIPs. I’m sure the DOJ or even a news organization would like to read the massive text message threads

Well it's very sad for those who were let go but it makes sense strategically. Fewer reps with larger territories should keep them going for a while longer. Still, though, the tainted history of the company and no to very little uptake for Syndros, very few rxs for Subsys, the DOJ fine that is looming, this company is doomed. They should stay afloat for only a few more months with this new strategy. It's just a way to bide time.
