I wonder if we leak this thread to Johan Malmquist?
    Anyone knows his e-mail address?
I don’t care exposing myself to him.
One day, accountability shall prevails at Arjo.

well; Johan! That's funny as well. He knows exactly what is going on and has known since the days he was at Getinge. As I read the organizational charts for Arjo, Joacim Lindoff is the puppet that Johan is using to be the face of the company. You want to contact either of them? Use their first name.last name @ arjo. And while you are at it, if you want to go directly to investor relations, email Kornelia Rassmussen.

If you’re a rep, you shut up, do what told and keep your head down. It is what Sigouin appreciates. You end up like a dead walking dog. If selling is what you like, don’t come near Sigouin and her puppies.

2/3 of what required from management has little to no impact on my sales. Am I the only one thinking like that?

Not at all the question is about the third remaining... this one is about hurting sales...

yeah, it is about control, internal requests, multiple reports for Anne ... and when help is needed you’re by your own. Disorganized micromanagement with a sense of panick.

Motivated employees ‘become quiet’ when one or more of the following issues are experienced:

    1) Breach of trust –Not living the company values.

    2) Lack of leadership consistency – Employees feel insecure when there is favoritism.

    3) Being overlooked – Not being listened to, being ignored.

    4) Dishonesty – Employees easily perceive dishonesty and hate any attempts at being conned.

    5) Insufficient information and communication – withhold pertinent pieces of information for power purposes.

    6) Leadership selfishness – Benefits and values being ‘customised’ to suit leadership desires.

    7) Lack of vision – when leadership operates out of a vague sense of direction.

Sigouin has the perfect score: 7/7.

I disagree, Anne has a short, medium and long term vision.
Short term : What are you going to sell today?
    Medium: this week?
    Long term: this month?

It would be funny if untrue... you forgot she also has a strong strategic mind... If you sales budget is $25,000 for given week and you only sold $24,000, it means you miss your target by $1,000... if you sold $20,000 the gap is $5,000... no easy to follow for simple reps like us (!) ...

Speaking of gross margin, from our Interim report January–June 2018:

Can you explain the development of the gross margin (Q2 2018 45.1% vs. 45.7% for Q2 2017)?

Lindoff answered: “We again experienced a slightly unfavorable product mix in the quarter with sustained price competition in the medical beds value segment.”

Our marching order is about selling more beds…so that we can produce a product mix with lower gross margin???!!!

in Lindoff's idiotic mind the more you sell the more you make. He does not understand finance any more than the entire business. His only claim to fame is that he plays tennis with Bennett and that's how he got the job as CEO. If anyone checks his history with the company you can find out that he has built his reputation on bad decisions that were either illegal or unacceptable in general accounting principles. No need to look any further than the boneheaded decisions he made when he was at infection control.

A New Jersey federal judge has ruled that anonymous postings on Cafe Pharma can be used as evidence (Dennis M. Cavanaugh (Schering-Plough Civil Action No. 08-CV-397 (DMC)). The ruling gives legal clout to whistleblowers who want to remain anonymous… The clock is ticking…

Wow..interesting...it means that any managers aware of this thread are liable...they'll need to say, under oath, what they knew... anyone upset?
