Why? Is there still so much turnover. This place was resolving door for years. I think that blow hard Uncle Charlie is still in the building

 

We had 4 EVH marketing mangers in the last 2 yrs. How Nanda still got a job, don't know. Everyone in our sales group thinks she terrible. Don't respond to reps and don't know products at all. Just talks, but ain't nothing comes out. She never got trained on products and no use at shows. Last marketing guy left after 6 months on the job. It ain't good there, bet we'll lose the other marketing managers too.

 

It's a revolving door unfortunately. wonder why they leave.

 

Perhaps because she had a connection who got her through the front door. Although you'd think as a mkt. group director, she would have it together...too bad, EVH is a clinical sell, not like selling capital equipment.

Uncle Charlie is the glue that holds everything together! Can you imagine what the company would be without him?

Because it's true. Charlie has no marketing experience, but in charge of marketing?! Why? Boys club. It's bad. Two more marketing managers resigned in the last two months.

 

Lisa Lisa Lisa!!!! Let it go already. You were fired not once but twice because you hardly worked. Your leadership skills were missing and the people that reported to you were doing cartwheels when they heard you were fired.

 

Next EVH marketing guy just left after just 6 months. Again.

 

I don't think he had a choice.
