Micromanager, horrible, controlling, ask the reps who have recently left and why they left

I used to work for Halbe. He's totally fine to work for. No complaints from me.

I agree, I worked for him too. He’s fair and has your best interest as long as you don’t screw the pooch.

Those very inaccurate posts above are either written by Halbe or by JS (his good friend on the team).
I worked for Halbe, and he berated the reps, put people down, and was an extreme micromanager with mixed messages. That's why I left the company...the worst manager...but Kowa is a great company!!

He does not have your best interest...he sets up people for failure & tries to make them squirm. He's very controlling & manipulative. If you disagree with him, then he wants to make you afraid...
He will try to scare you so much that you will get "punished" by his power over you. I'm being totally sincere.

You are full of it! We know who you are, go cry to someone else who cares. But than again, in your case, nobody really wants to hear from you, ever. Truth hurts doesn't it. Take a good hard look at why you were ignored but your district teammates.

The only person that would get this upset at my post is JH himself. I hit a nerve, huh?!! Truth hurts doesn't it. People try to ignore you JH but you're up their a$$ so much!! Glad you're not my manager.

Wasn’t corporate concerned about his mental health recently? Supposedly that was the topic of conversation last managers meeting, at least that’s what my manager told me. I always see him lingering around corporate people at all the meetings. Seems like a real brown noser. His team is dropping like flies too so that has to say something.
