Why Resignations are Happening

    MB can sit in Finance Quarterly Close Meetings with his carafe of Purple Kool Aid and say how everything is great.

    Problem is, it’s not great.

    While UB is upstairs questioning 20 cent differences on analytic reports, MB and PC are destroying the company.

    The people who left Finance were huge except the Senior Accountant who was on her phone all day.

    We lost EH, MM, SB, and KS. That was a Finance Department Mount Rushmore for sure!

    It will take years to replace those 4 people!

    MB and PC need to go away!!!! Send them to Princeton!!!!

    Or we can save the company by sending you to apply for work at Wendy's. After all, you're so miserable and can't get hired anywhere else? Are your shortcomings Taro's fault too?

    I did not write the original post, but I am chiming in. Please note that many people in Finance are miserable because of these 2 bad hiring choices. It is probably fair to say it is a majority of the dept. You can admit and replace MB and PC or keep seeing smart and diligent people leave. No reason to stick around and do the work of more than one person because higher ups are incapable of working.

    Just remember, careless people got Taro into a restatement situation. If that is a risk you are willing to take, then go for it. When I see you at the Wendy’s drive thru window, please smile when you give me my frosty.

    You people do realize that this is just an anynomous board? It’s not an official channel to Taro. Nothing will be done about your complaints. You should have made your complaints through the recent survey.

    People have made complaints in person to the appropriate people and nothing has been done. Why would complaints on a survey do anything? Furthermore, if DS and UB cannot see this for themselves it speaks volumes.

    I will make my complaints known during my exit interview. Survey is a joke.

    So, be smart and leave the company as four people have done since May.
    Why stay in a toxic environment?
    You are only making it worse.
    You must be incompetent if you remain there.
