Hello, I am in my young 40s, female married w/ kid in NJ. I have been thinking about getting into pharma sales, but don't know how to break-in without any sales experience. I have over 15 years of pharma experience, 6 years at Pfizer home office and 8ish years at med comm agencies. have experience in speaker bureau, compliance and client relations. No idea about how base and commission work, and/or if it's worth breaking into pharma sales at my age. any insight/recommendations would be welcome
