MB, RR and JD

 

If it’s that bad...quit.

 

I wonder if more people are quitting...if more people leave RRs team, will they be combining us? Anyone know?

 

This place is a complete and utter shit show. And, fuck no I’m not quitting. I will ride this limp dick horse as far as I can with as little effort as possible.

 

Sounds like we need to clean house starting with you. You won’t be too difficult to find...

At the end of the day, it's a regional culture issue. It's a fact that the region scored LOW on the survey taken. They'll continue to lose good people if it remains this way...doesn't appear to be changing.

 

At the end of the day they aren’t going anyway and they aren’t going to change so to all the unhappy people out there...stop your whining and just leave already.

 

I'm sorry you feel that way. It's not about whining. It's about problem solving, and if the company wants a positive culture and for people to remain then they will do so.

I think you have the ability to be intelligent and productive so rather than just say something like stop whining and quit, try saying something that affects people in a positive way.

 

MB, RR, JD: the toxic three. RR only has two reps on his team right now. He had a mass exodus of people who left a few weeks ago. Chef is lucky to get out alive. Credo doesn’t mean shit in this division with those 3.

 

RR has a full team after the reorg, why is that dude still employed? Rocks, paper, scissors... who quits next because of him

 

So give me The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly on JD. As a KAS DM, what makes her so toxic? May be interviewing with her in the future.

How do you surmise that poster #35? Perhaps you are JD, MB, or RR trying to get info on yourself.

Looked in to cns and only heard about RR, nothing was Good, it was all pretty Bad, and the Ugly was the acceptance of it all... no thanks not for me
