funny when reps leave Management say “they couldn’t handle it here” or “they weren’t working”.....I’m on east coast but heard a rep left the west that actually was doing well. So what’s the spin coming on that one?

Well 4.50 $ a script!!!!! I would go out on a limb and say, that’s not going to cut it for any of us. It’s crickets at Corporate, we’ve not heard a word about them redoing the compensation. Gotta love the Aerie way

Where you not on the same conference call everyone or I mean the one that Aerie only paid for 100 people to be on? My favorite line was from Judy, stating that they basically overpaid us and gave us a generous bonus and it’s over. Launch mode is over and then we’re where presented with our very unrealistic goals. If we do not meet our goals we do not get paid bottom line. It’s going to be interesting to see all of the turnover. It’s coming! Aerie leadership.... do you think you can overforcast then take away our money while you cash in your stock options? You sold everyone on a fake dream!

 

Management is trying to spread lies about the reps who’ve left so they can convince the ones who are still here everything is fine. Nothing to see here folks!

when they launched Vyzulta, B&L paid $100 per rx! These fuckers are paying 4.50 for rhopreshell What a joke. Good luck.

 

Vyzulta has 29 scripts in my territory year to date. I have over 500 Rhopressa scripts already. You really are as dumb as you look

BTW... the rep that left in West was getting like 10 RXs a week. Good? I think not... they can get way better! And yes... couldn’t cut it here.

 

No doubt this place is smoke and mirrors and was a stock grab for the brass that hopefully they have cashed out on already...the rest of this year will be rats running for higher ground.

It’s obvious that this board and cafepharma as a whole is for the complainers at every company. You will complain wherever you go. Those who can't sell. Go look for another job and tell them why you’re leaving cause your goal is too high. The hiring manager will definitely hire you.
