Neuro positions around the country

About a handful of Neuro positions across the country. What's the deal.. Expansions or resignations?
What's base n bonus? Territories hitting goal?

 

Openings are due to resignations and firings for performance. Base 70’s with iffy bonus figures. 30k at plan but it’s not realistically achievable. Expect maybe 25% of that. Lots of minor issues within the company and questionable long term viability but really not a bad place to work day to day.

 

That's it?? That's ridiculous. This is should be a pcp gig. U may as well work a contract position for higher pay and less crap from the manager. Contracts for specialty docs are making $85K in salary n same bonus.

 

Nailed it. Unfortunately there wasn't a great deal of experience in neuro sales for anyone to know better. Seeing as how you're ahead of the curve, you should look elsewhere.

 

So they expect folks to call on Neuros for that low of pay. That's insulting. Good luck with hiring lol

The Neuro positions all started out as contract with Quintiles.

 

Correct, but those Quintiles/Iqvia contracts were not extended and expired March 2018.

It's not a great place to be.

 

2 vacant, 7 expansion territories.

 

That’s comical. This has to come from JG. Although with nobody hitting goal, thenpowers that be at Promius would find it logical to expand.

So the sales manager doesn't need sales management experience? And they should be proficient in how to do internet searches? Has HR been tasked with seeing how low the bar can be set? Good luck everyone.
