Training Stipend

    My manager wants me to "Help" with the new hires. A 'training stipend" wasn't mentioned. How does the company expect an RSS to take time out of their territory to assist with training new people when it will effect my territories prescriptions? Eat what you kill - how can I eat if I am not hunting in my territory?

    Tell your lazy assed manager to do it, typical passing the buck to RSS with money our division doesn't have.

    The managers have plenty of time to train the new hires. After the recent Q2 bonus fiasco, why would I do anything that doesn't relate to MY job or my TERRITORY?

    Still no money for the Regional Trainers.

    Not in the budget? How is that possible? The company isn't paying on refills on Q3.

    The company has the money. KM doesn't want to give it out. His bonus is probably tied to reducing costs. I feel bad for the people that believe the company has any "developmental" plans or "internal promotions" planned. More lies.

    And for months, KM was able to sell the field on the premise that until Opko hit the 1,000 bottle mark that it was a "zero sum game" for both additional bonus and IC money. Well, that threshold has been hit.

    So, what is the next excuse?? One certainty is that the next town hall will not be announcing raises for everyone and an increase in the pot of bonus gold at the end of this beautiful rainbow.

    More likely to have Rule #4 coming out to celebrate the New Year!
