yes, that is the best question of them all. She is clueless and must have pictures. If you look at all the folks who have gone, she is not someone you would have expected to see standing in the end. Anyone have the scoop on what the real story is?

Nice person, clueless leader. Has zero understanding of how the real world works, passes the buck constantly, has never rolled her sleeves up to get into the gritty details of actually doing the "work" since joining J&J.

and yet....she still has a job! While other more knowledgeable IT folks and better people leaders have been eliminated. What’s the story there?

Completely agree with the last two post. She was on the "acquiring" side of the acquisition. Kept her crony team whole except one and let the AS team go.

The new rumor is all of TS will be outsourced similar to what laverne did with the ITS folks in 2007-8. Game on bitches!

So what you’re really saying is that this too will be an epic failure? Because that’s what all of LC’s oursourcing has wound up being.

Of course it will fail. The point is the new CIO needs to have a radical plan and it will be the wholesale outsourcing of IT services including BUIT.

J&J is a healthcare company and IT is a commodity. The advent of virtual data centers and SaaS for everything makes it easy to blow-up the majority of IT as we know it. Some jobs will move to the business, but at least 50% of IT positions will be eliminated in the next 2 yrs. Bank on it!
