Yes, keep laughing all you want and brag about your payout with your eyes to the sky while you walk blindly towards your company's patent cliff and eventually to the unemployment line.

To hell with the dumb ass car. I wanna know what Vince and Casey are getting in their stocking stuffers? Oh, I forgot, they're actually going to each get a Santa Klaus size bag stuffed with freshly minted Ben Franklins. I bet the eggnog will be flowing with gold flakes in it and it'll be a nice warm and crispy holiday in their McMansions this year.

Hey bitter buddy, sorry you got laid off and ended up at Aerie. You know the bonus we got paid at AGN. That’s a fact. Sorry you took a risk and gambled all of your $$$ away.

Crossing fingers that changes will be made to our bonuses... we are working too hard for them to send us a check under $3,000....

Let’s hope they fix it. They probably won’t have a sales force left to launch Rocklatan. No one is going to put up with that. We work way to hard for a little bonus.

You want to have a bigger bonus check, simple, increase Rxs in your territory. Snowflakes grow up!!

Nah, you got it all wrong. We’re not snowflakes. We’re chestnuts!

We do have the opportunity to make more money now that there is an increase per rx... it is still not normal "launch money" however it is an improvement. The complaints are about the $4 per rx when we were first in the field. That is what led to us making dozens of dollars in our upcoming bonus checks

Since the Q3 earning report said Rhopressa was actually 29% OVER its forecasted goal, and revenue was $7.3 million instead of the projected $5.6 million, maybe the right thing to do would to give us our targeted bonus payout amounts.

We went into the launch of this product with no baselines, or any real goals of any kind, and by analysts' expectations it has overperformed by beating Zacks' estimates in Q3. It wouldnt take much to reward the efforts that we have all put forth launching the product by at a minimum closing the gap between what we are earning and what 100% attainment would be.

The people doing well deserve their recognition on the leaderboard, and the vast majority of us have given over 100% effort selling a great product. It would turn morale completely around if they simply paid out target earnings. Based on Wall Street expectations, we have earned them.

What many other companies have done is when a launch product does not reach goal on a national level, bonus payout for year 1 is paid out at 100% target to the entire sales force. Year 2, everyone's held accountable.

OMG!! Don't y'all get it? Cash flow at Aerie is at a dangerous low level and the company is in trouble!! They can't afford to pay us!!!

Oops. Well, I hope we don't wind up on the unemployment line before X-Mas!

Pretty big jump to say that we are getting screwed on bonus to the company is bankrupt and we are going to lose our jobs. Most of us are united and feel the pain of this terrible bonus plan but most are not feeling that this is the end and the company is going under. Aerie raised a ton of money long before any of us were hired and though they are burning through it there is plenty enough to pay the sales force for their efforts. Don't give Vince and Gary an easy out like that.

You’re all a joke. Just stop complaining already... bunch of whiners. Go to another company and complain then.
