Teleflex Big Changes Again.

Teleflex changed up the game this week once again. Canned all of the key account managers, dumped a major product out of vascular over to respiratory. Canned all of the associate reps. Kicked tenured reps to the curb with no regard or remorse. This company is so fake its not funny. People are leaving left and right.

 

is anyone getting commission or bonus on the surgical side? When I left earlier this year no reps were getting bonuses and upper management wasn’t gonna see a nickel. What a shit show.

 

But Teleflex is a medreps best place to work lol . Wonder how much that cost . There is a reason we are called teletards .

 

Have there been any similar changes in the NeoTract division?

 

I have never heard that term. Honest opinion: show the fuck up and do your job, and you'll make great money. You sound like a privileged millennial who's head is pretty far up their own ass and hasn't figured out how to SELL. FTR, I am 28, and not some millennial hatting foggy. This generation needs to man to fuck up.

What division were the key account managers let go?

 

The Key Account Managers were placed in positions and none were let go. The Associate reps that performed were promoted to full line positions. No tenured reps were kicked to the curb. And the product was already being sold by the EMS division. It was taken out of vascular. Please get your facts straight if you are going to vent on cafe pharma.

 

Really?! Who gives a flying fuck about you Teletards anyway! I witnessed one of you morons trying to sell a doc on one of the POS gadgets you promote and it broke in the surgeons hand. I’ve never seen something so demoralizing! How are you even still a company?

Like with anything in life, all these negative ass holes are the ones who make excuses and just aren’t cutting it. Telelfex is actually a great company and treats it’s reps (if their competent) well.
