Actually no. Thinking there will be plenty with addiction experience coming over from the competition

They could easily persuade most of INDV Salesforce to come over. There is major discontent with the upper and middle management.

We don’t want any of your washed up sales reps.

Then you should probably tell your recruiters to stop pursuing us!

Don’t have a face to face until after the holiday. Any insight for salary, car allowance, vacation would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, can anyone give us an idea on what salary and car allowance looks like at Braeburn?

Yes. Base salary 115-135K depending on experience. Uncapped Bonus plan. Car allowance

My inside information tells me its a lot higher than that with folks with Specialty Pharmacy experience.

question for those of you who have had a car allowance/paid mileage before, how different is it from a fleet vehicle & gas card? How much is the car allowance, typically?

Will this be strictly specialty pharmacy or will buy and bill experience help land the job?

Both Specialty and B&B will be helpful. 1,500/ month car allowance.

Are they still doing live interviews? Why is it so hard for people to close the loop and say no thank you if they are moving on with another candidate?

Because that's how we roll in the addiction space. Opioid therapies might be here today and gone tomorrow, just like many of the reps coming into this space. We need to keep you on a short leash when we have to repeatedly re-post vacancies. The turnover in this space is bigger than any other therapeutic area. Typical tenure for a rep is about 18 months before the burnout and/or frustration sets in. Hang tight if you're turned down the first time, we will come calling again.

LOL B&B and SP experience alone
won’t get you anywhere with this injectable. Good luck you idiots.

Agreed. This disease state is like nothing I have seen before - relationships are extremely important.

Threatened by what? Another me too that patients and doctors don’t want? Nah.
