Rumor has it that 100 eagle nests will be stolen and each given to a field sales rep as an “Aerie” present. What happens to the eagles & their chicks is anyone’s guess.

Now go out their and turn your ECP’s into visionaeries!

There are numerous red flags here for sure. Candidates beware.

I'm loving it here. The doctors I call on are telling me that patients are having incredible experiences with Rhopressa! I hear success stories every day and that is very motivating. Managed care coverage is coming and has already improved to almost 50% coverage on part D after 5 months on the market 85% commercial coverage. 2019 will be even better!
Keep your spirits up! A couple hiccups with this new company and new product launch, that's true. But hold steady, this is a great place to be if you want to manage GROWTH. And grow is exactly what Aerie is poised to do in 2019. Keep up the good work everybody, we are on a good team.
Oh and as a major bonus, my manager is cool and the director is great. I get paid a good base salary and the bonus money has been upgraded, still needs some work, but with more sales there will be more money and leadership must be listening since they supersized the comp plan recently.

Thanks upper management for the pep talk.

Please tell me the territory with 85% commercial coverage.

Isn’t commercial coverage a bit of a moot point since we have copay cards for patients under 65? Medicare part D coverage is what we really need and I know my local RAM is working on it....fingers crossed.

Christmas has come early - I got an offer today for a new job! I can’t WAIT to give my notice to my nightmare of a manager. This has truly been the worst place I’ve ever worked. Anyone who’s not looking for a new job is crazy! I’m making slightly less in base but I’ll make it up in bonus. It feels like I’ve won the lottery!
