Heard layoffs are coming. It's not the reps that should face this, but Ron and his minions. He is draining this company dry and the family is to blind to see. DD is wrecking another division and SG has no leadership abilities with declining sales. Stop these annoying damn trips to 3rd world countries that everyone hates and save jobs instead. This company is crashing fast.

I don't think layoffs are coming. Mission takes care of there employees a lot better than other pharma. The job security is much nicer than a big boy salary elsewhere when you get canned in a moments notice

John L says to the pc salesforce " you will never know if something bad is going to happen until the day it happens. Trust me. I control that information and I will never let you know" " you think you know something, you don't know anything. You never will" What a douche bag. Learn some communication skills. WTF! This might be my first job in pharma, but I know this is not how you lead. Take a Xanax!

Did he just blame the salesforce for the deal with Biovail failing? The industry as a whole knew that was a long shot. It wasn't a secret.

My total portfolio is better than most, but after Friday's rant, I'm looking for a new gig.

AMEN! Almost a year later and things are exponentially worse than they were in Jan. 2017. How have RS and DD been able to keep their jobs? And I say jobs loosely, since I don't think they actually do anything on a daily basis. They have run this company into the ground, like they have at their previous ones. Who is holding them accountable for their poor leadership, business decisions, communication, and actual job responsibilities? The fact that they are running the sales division is laughable.

If you have to ask, then you intuitively know something is wrong...

    Red Flags:
    - inflated quarterly goals so you will not hit quota
    - deceptive answers to honest questions
    - canceling of meetings (or no meetings planned at all)
    - news of pipeline or lackthereof (be on the look out for upper management saying “we have big things coming, we just can’t get into them right now”)
-upper management saying “temporarily tightening their belt” during a roaring economy
    -greatly reduced budget
-company seems to be contracting rather than expanding personnel numbers- meaning they aren’t hiring

I have no idea what’s going on at Mission, but I have seen these trends in other companies right before bad things happen.

If you aren’t seeing these things, then you are worried about nothing and I’m sure your company is doing fine and your job is safe

Mission has been a slowly sinking ship. Unfortunately not the company they used to be. The writing is on the wall it’s time to get out

Next round of layoffs soon. Cut 401k contributions, managers not suppose to travel and stay local. That’s not going to save the company. Especially with the same upper management in place that ran this company in the ground.

All 10 from Women's Health all but one manager has reps on call and all rankings are decent not bottom and all have been successful with glyderm? But why layoff with 15 Selling days left in Q4?
