    informal survey...

For your 2019 career resolution, are you staying or leaving & why?

    Me?
Stay: meh, the industry is a shit show, is the grass truly greener on the other side?
What a pain to job hunt!

    Leave?
Chance of this company not getting bought out is zilch and that usually bodes poorly for the field grunts.
Launch sucked & we got blamed for it.
Bonus was piss for a startup co & launch.
Launch #2 for 2019? Gonna be the same shit all over again.
Management would love to get their hands on the ingrates posting on here. Oh, that must include me!

Well, that answers it for me in 2019. Move on.

    What say you???

Aerie management BETRAYED the sales force!! Sales managers are micro managing and hostile to the reps. Bonus $s promised disappeared to keep investors from revolting. Aerie is one HOT MESS!

They say they want to make things better going forward. As the saying goes you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Leadership will never make up for that pathetic bonus payout as we were out there busting our assee out there. Very sad how they duped so many good people to come over here. Only desperate individuals are taking the vacant positions because the word is out how thing are being run here.

Anyone that has reached out to me about applying for an open position at Aerie has gotten the same response whether I knew them or not. STAY AWAY. I wish I did. Rhopressa is a great sell but I don't work to get words of praise and encouragement. I work to make money. Vince, Tom, Judy and Gary want to make millions and then pay their salesforce in peanuts and paperweights

    Thanks Management.

Still waiting for a stocking stuffer from you very wealthy C-Levels.

    Like 50,000 shares @ $40/each.

You give us 1,000 shares that vest over 4 years?
They’ll be worthless by then. Assuming there will still be an Aerie in 4 years which I highly doubt.
    FU!!!

Does anyone like it at Aerie?
Interviewing. Question-why do you want to work for Aerie specifically? Any real feedback about what you like?

Do you have a job??? If so what are you thinking??? The first bonus payout here was laughable and they say it is getting better but that is yet to be seen... micromanagers are more common than not... so many people are looking to leave you might have a huge training class... they try and say it feels like family... kind of like having really rich parents with a business and they work you like a dog, disrespect you, and then refuse to pay you the expected money...

Happiness comes easier when you stop complaining about your problems and start being grateful for all the problems you don’t have.

A Recruiter contacted me and said she had a great Job for me. I told her I wasn't looking but I did recommend 2 people. There are so many individuals out there who are job searching! 1. Always refer others for opportunities. It only takes a few moments but to someone it could be a life changer. 2. You are building a relationship with a recruiter. You never know what tomorrow holds. 3. You help someone find a job and you help the recruiter get a good candidate. It's sad that she had said few people recommend others... Let's help each other out. Always pay it forward. Agree?

I wouldn’t wish this company on my worse enemy. A certain DM that has no idea what she is doing and can only manage by intimidation. You are given 3 months to turn a territory around or be placed on a plan. Do your DD. Pay it forward. Only to your ex husband. Not someone you care for.

Bonuses were bad. Actually they were Awful if we are honest. They are looking much better going forward. I still think it is a good company
