Anyone know wtf we are supposed to be doing in regards to year-end? If I hear the word Reflect one more time! Reflect on this - HR pushes it out then crickets, nothing for months, random conference call with some lady who didn't appear to know what she was doing. Then DB moves into HR and now he is supposed to clean it up. Good luck buddy I give it less than a year and you will be begging C4 for your job back.
Who cares about that s#$%. Keep your 10-2 hours hit the gym and don't worry about the home office it is combusting as we type! For the record I don't think DB will be heading back to C4 he left for a reason duh - went from the flame into the fire though he had to be really miserable to move to that mess.

Yup - CRAZY TRAIN! I agree with the initial point that no one knows what the hell is going on - too many surveys no direction etc. The issues continue because they put people in roles with zero experience and wonder why shit is screwed up.
