Does anyone know the hiring time-frame?

I've had an initial face to face interview, but the hiring manager was very vague on next steps. If candidates move to the next phase of going to Philly for a final interview, what are you hearing about timelines for an official offer. I know the offers will be contingent based on the approval of the product, but will those come before or after the PDUFA date? I am talking with another company right now and will probably need to let them know something soon. If the Braeburn offers don't happen until after the start of the New Year I will need to make some decisions.
Thank you for serious replies on my question.

I had a survey online after my phone screen with the hiring manager this week so far.

phone screen & initial phone interview this past week, face to face scheduled & then the HM said it will be a tight turn around to get final candidates in to home office before Christmas. So, hopefully offers by the holiday shutdown? Good luck to all that’s interviewing!

Some people were getting contingent offers last week. I think everyone has a different time line

Thanks for the information, but why are some and not others, who have already had face to face be getting contingent offers? Will most of these offers go out at least before the week of Christmas?

Offers aren't being made until after HO interviews and reference checks. Rounds of interviews in PA each week being completed. No defined timeline.

Most unprofessional bunch I have ever seen! I just accepted an from another company because the sorry ass DM would never tell me if I was or wasn’t a finalist! I can just imagine how bad it will be to work for these idiots!

Many have already been given contingent offers based on approval. They are filling the final positions thru a recruiter if they were unable to find qualified candidates on their own.

Wow, that means whoever is recruiting for these openings will be extremely busy during the holidays. Who in their right mind would go over to Braeburn and take this type of risk for something that will be potentially not be covered by managed care or only in a "last ditch effort treatment", let alone 10 times more expensive than all the other treatments out there. I guess if you've been laid off or simply looking to get out of another bad situation, this will suffice for a while.

Oh I did my research and even had a face to face, but this process drug out with very little communication from your so called leadership, which gave me additional time to do my research. Just glad I didn't move forward and will be happy to stay where I am. Too much uncertainty in this space, especially with a start up.

Derkass has a track record of destroying every company he works for.
    This will be no different.

What this poster did was show why he isn’t on the team. You don’t understand the market buddy and the disease space. Good try though with your rant. Go try to make it in primary care

I’m sure with your research if they had offered you something you were going to turn it down. Lmao. Stfu. Gtfoh.
