2019 National Team Meeting

    Why are we planning on having the National Team Meeting. In light of the circumstances it is a complete waste of money. The sales force absolutely hates it. And any physician that shows up to speak at it isnt afraid to let the world know they are a complete whore.

    For the swag given away at the team meeting this year can you please not put the MiMedx logo on it? It's embarrassing to wear that stuff around anymore.

    Swag will be handcuffs, striped coveralls and soap-on-a-rope (so you don't drop it).

    Ironically, there needs to be pictures of the stooges, Pete, Chris “limb salvage initiative” guy, Little Bill and Senken “No CPA” CFO dude. Realistically, all you need is Barney to protect your company from these morons .

    We actually need this meeting with all of the changes. The dead weight that cant sell and are at the bottom of the pack just bitch about about attending a sales meeting. My question is who hired these idiots? So bitter, they cant stand people making a living and supporting families.

    You are definitely not in sales. Just a Marietta paper pusher. Any sales person that is putting up numbers hates these over the weekend waste of time sessions. The only ones that liked them were people from Marietta and the now defunct surgical team.

    I think there should be 5 days of role playing. That is always a good use of our time.

    Compliance training on how to provide kick backs to SC VA providers without getting caught.

    We should get a real understanding of the sales plan for 2019 and compensation in general. This should be a POA for Q1. No role playing as real playing is the most important and make sure that the losers that cant put any numbers get terminated.

    I love the optimism, albeit misplaced. No reason to go down with the ship. Fully onboard with driving sales and maxing out the Comp plan, whatever that may be. However, if your not in full interview mode, you better be getting set to retire. Any income you make from MM will be offset by the weeks/months you are unemployed if you don’t plan on having a different job by Q2.

    This. MiMedx will cease to exist in 2019. Bankruptcy and sell the technology or acquired by another company. No company who might acquire MM will keep the sales force in tact. Not with all the allegations of impropriety

    BS, if you perform you will keep your job period. Love the little children who cant sell ranting about the sales team. I agree though that they should be looking for a new gig because they wont make in 19. Actually, they should be looking to out of sales.

    BS to you. The #1 rep was fired on trumped up charges because he filed a Qui Tam lawsuit. Fired only after Pete discovered that they were preparing to file.

    BTW, what exactly are the sales at MiMedx? When will they be available?

    i wonder if we will have a Q&A session again this year. The one where only AVPs can read pre-arranged questions to the executives.
