Lets set the record straight. Leslie’s boss (or if not direct boss, large investor in the surgery center) is an anesthesiologist. Why does that matter? Because the anesthesiologist’s son, is your local Arthrex rep. Tie all that together, and see what you come up with. No speculation here. Arthrex rep’s daddy was his boss. You can’t make this up. Same reason the arthrex rep’s manager got fired and he didn’t when he was living large importing the whitesnake from Pablo Escobar and got caught, arrested, and kept his job. Too much on the line.

I must have missed this, news link?

There is not usually a news link when someone is escorted from a place of business. Unless it is being done by law enforcement.

There also isn’t a news link when illegal activity is swept under the rug.

This is incredibly dumb btw. I also would like to see a link to the story. You said “under charge of embezzlement”. Ergo, that would be law enforcement. Thus, criminal charges. Hence, dumb.

It’s not as hard as you are making it. Dude got caught doing something at work that bosses didn’t like. Gets the axe. Pending further investigation they may find out some things that requires LE. Then you may get that magical link to the story you keep asking for. See it isn’t that difficult.

Let’s get back to basics, reps are still turning over like crazy and most are getting paid like shit to prop up the salaries of reps poached from competitors. My first year 45k, second year 50k, third year promoted to TM 75k, fourth year 85k, fifth year 90k. Ahead of quota by 10-22% per year. Let’s also remember that I’m a 1099 contractor, I have private health insurance for my family, a mortgage and a car payment on a vehicle that has 190k miles on it. When your car has more miles on it than you make in 2 years, that’s not good.

5 years in and you are a TM and don’t make 100k. That’s arthrex for you.... it’s where college grads with zero skills start their careers, weed out the weak then move on and make real money. You are being used and abused trying to make a career here.

The only requirement to being a higher up at Arthrex in Memphis is to have a $400 haircut like JP, you can work on your bullshit mastery grimace face when you get there. Honestly there's not much difference in the smile he gives out in real person or when he is in private taking a dump after he drops a terd with a clean break. You just don't realize that you can work on this each and every day in your spare time.

If you really wanna up your game to be a team player just join lifetime Fitness and take roids, but do this after you've been fired from a previous organization and realize you cannot possible work anywhere else worth a damn. Only then will they extend you an offer for 25k/ yr. Don't forget about Dr. Mayfield. He truly is the best sales rep to ever share oxygen on God's Earth with other low bottom feeding lifeforms...

Keep growing that Arthrex BBQ- Fest Tent attendance quota. Free glowsticks and lube this year, make sure you get your 3 day pass. What a bunch morons.

Guy reminds me of former Vice President Joe Biden. They share a lot of the same traits.

Is this true? Is there really a rep that’s making over 500k in NYC? And if so, why is he telling everyone?!? I’m making nowhere near that and I have damn near 100% of the business in my accounts. If I were making that, I’d want to keep myself under the radar though

your agency is making $$ commissions based on your sales: sales x 30%=distributor income
Plus agencies are paid a bonus on quota attainment that can be 6 figures.

And 90% of the reps hired in the last 2 years are stoked to get 2.4 to 4.7% of those sales to pay for shipping, expired products, and their own associates! You’re all awesome and so completely stupid

    Value yourself and leave.

Look at the reps now versus 10 years ago. Quantity over quality. There are just enough decent one scattered around to keep the car out of the ditch. I doubt many can leave and move up with another company. Some but not many.

Arthrex has adopted the 84 Lumber Model from the 1970's... BTW, no one on this board is bright enough to even understand how truly analogus this statement is..
