You’re ‘we know everything and you know nothing’ attitude over the last 2 years is about to catch up with you. I don’t think leadership has any idea just how many managers and RBDs are going to leave in Q1 of 2019. The field knows it, but I’m not sure you know just how poorly you have mismanaged one of the strongest and most profitable divisions in the company. This place is about to implode and you have nobody to blame but yourselves. Take note TAKEDA. It’s a crying shame what poor leadership has created. M

Paul is more than happy to sit back and believe everything molly and brendon tell him. Do some digging into What’s really going on Paul. At this poiNt, who cares? Paul will be gone in 6 mo. Then Takeda will try and run plasma just like shire did and fucked it up.

I can’t see molly sticking around to deal with this BS.

    I can’t either.

My prediction is Molly is gone. Brandon will be asked to take a larger role. Brandon has never been in sales and from what I hear does not listen to his sales force. Immunology eventually falls apart. Brandon is left on the hook for it and blames everyone below him, gets them fired, while he is interviewing for other companies.

Someone who can’t get any product apparently.

    Paul,
Thank you for the informative Town Hall you graciously hosted this afternoon. It was another well-scripted display of egocentrism and lack of ability to relate to what is actually going on in the field day to day. And although completely expected, if you think for one minute all the rest of us are motivated to mimic what YOU did today, and what YOU are summoning your RBDs to do everyday, then the one who began this post hit the nail on the head. What? No questions at the end of the Town Hall? We all know that was because your 15 minute monologue answered all of them: even the ones we could have never even thought of. Here's some advice to you although we also know you are the sender of advice and not the receiver: Go take a class on how to relate to your team and spare us the condescending BS. I know this sounds angry and it is at the moment, but by no means is it personal: I wish you and your sweet family only peace and joy but it's time for you to know that you are addressing tenured sales professionals for the most part, who don't appreciate being talked down to.

With how things have been for the last 6 months, I’ve lost faith in Paul as a leader. He trusts that Molly and Brandon are managing things correctly. All he needs to do is look at the turnover so far and wait for even more by end of Q1. Its their way or leave.

How many people are going to quit Brandon before you take your head out of your ass? Next to go will be 2 directors. Just watch.

Do you think he cares? No

The number 1 RBD in 2016 and 2017 quit. What does that tell you?

The institutional side is losing people left and right as well. No rbds yet, but some are interviewing elsewhere. And that is a fact.

The funny part is, everybody who worked directly with him or for him knew he was a total b.s. artist. The only people who didn’t see this coming was senior leadership. Everyone one rolled their eyes when Paul would put this guy on a pedestal.

I heard that the last 3 Institutional Managers of the year ('15,'16,'17) have all left, who was the Director??
Not much better on the Physician side.

Well the second institutional area VP I have worked for just quit today and I’ve been here less than 3 years. Maybe it’s me... lol

LOL! Doubt their leaving had anything to do with their RBDs. Think higher up.
