That’s easy to answer. Remember the emergency ABM meeting with ST. VK and the BDs has been keeping all the issues and problems under lock and key from ST & RS. ML had enough of VK and pulled the chain, the result was the meeting and ST was dumbfounded with the problems kept from him. Next VK came up with the “pioneer bribe”, the Braeburn launch was looming. ML was totally against it. They argued and he took a few weeks off to decide if he wanted to stay. We know what he decided. I blame VK for the horrible way the sales force has been treated and for letting it go so long that it was not repairable. I hope the do the honorable thing, with so many long term employees and give a decent severance. But with VK at the helm, it will probably be disappointing as honorable is not his way. I am thankful for the amazing people I have met, the great trips, it was a great ride but it is over....
