I am so pumped about the meeting too. Maybe Lilly and Palmer will lead us with some role playing and compliance training!

I can’t believe Lilly, Nick, Lou and the AVPs are still around.

I love reading the BS negative posts from poor performers. The company is moving in the right direction and has faced past mistakes. The leadership team is solid and patient outcomes are paramount. My only issue with management is who hired these immature cry babies in the first place.

You’d be surprised how many award winners want those managers to get the boot

As an award winner and someone consistently in the top 10%. I want the company to succeed and I also want to bring home the $$$. We all know people who need to move on because they cant cut it and blame other (management in this case) Trust me, you are a true blame game person in life, not just on the job

Agreed. This was an actual team meeting.... not senile grandpa getting on stage talking about how we are going to take over the world.

I saw the same top 10% demonstrate the same can do attitude. I saw the same bottom 10% 'types' blame everyone else but themselves. Just move on.

Well top 10% good for you. In glad your making money and I hope you can look in the mirror and know your doing the right tho thing. After the years hear I have met some great people but the one thing I do see is the territory you have makes the difference. I have also done well but when. The commission changes as they said it would after the second quarter let’s see how much we are valued. They also said the stuff is not over but close so other stuff will come out. I love the products and they work great the issue is the way they are sold

Yes territories matter. Those top 10% often have the largest territories and are the most tenured. Look how many accounts they get sales from. Look at the past sales of the territories that new reps get. There are historical reasons the new reps are unsuccessful.

To all of those top performers. Just keep listening to management that told you to bribe the indicted VA Providers, stuff every channel that is possible, set up fake POD’s, abuse women and sell product that has been issued an “untitled letter”
Not to mention them not being able to produce legitimate financials and issuing retaliatory lawsuits to intimidate witnesses.

    What could go wrong?

Is it true MiMedx hired 10 reps in September and then let all of them go in December?

Spoken like a true ex employee who was an obvious poor performer. Love people that could not cut it wishing everybody fails. Good one bottom 10%

I know & have personally talked to some
Top Performers that were on stage this NSM
Majority of them from the same area of the country (no coincidence there!)

Their business has already gone away or is quickly declining
Last year they did $100,000’s in sales each month
    Many now Under $10,000
With their accounts returning product or getting Medicare Clawbacks now

They came to pick up their hardware from last years sales but they are moving on before this ship sinks! True Story

I think going forward we should refer to Pete & Bill as dumb and dumber

Looks like the BOD Audit Committee did a “whitewash” of the financial recogniton issues, led by J Terry Newberry (Friend of Pete’s) according to new lawsuit

Other than consulting with their defense attorney, I wonder what Pete & Bill do these days ?
