Every territory and district is being looked at for cuts after NSM

 

My DM told me the guy in marketing changed his make up

 

Just like the last couple of years, major layoffs in order to show bottom line dollar increase for investors. Look for it the beginning of second quarter.

 

Any news from the manager’s meeting? Will we have jobs in two months?

 

My DM said that someone from marketing told him that a reorganization will happen the second week of April.

 

Same thing my DM said - getting rid of non profitable territories

I heard only 10-15% of reps will be shitcanned (not bad)

 

Not bad?! For a company that has downsized for the last two years, touting “they care”. But all of TW’s family and friends are still gathering a paycheck.

 

What happens to the patients in those territories

 

Those patients pay $3,000 for there pennut butter and jelly
