    Anyone else think it’s weird that 4th q results come out in the 14th and a town hall on the 15th on payday? Bet we sit by the phone next Monday

    You can listen to 4Q results live on the 14th on Workplace. It will be positive. If there is a townhall, it’s to remind us 4Q is behind us and 1Q of the new year is starting soft. Rally the troops call.

    Not a single one of us would be lucky enough to be on a "wait by the phone" call. You bunch of dreamers. You are hereby tapped to remain here for years on end no matter how miserable it becomes.

    Not necessarily. If you are let go it will be because of poor performance, entitling you to 3 months salary and a swift kick out the door. Now, if you are in one of the chosen areas such as oncology or biologics, there is no such thing as poor performance. Your goals will simply be adjusted to meet goal. Love my AZ!

    Regardless , the days of a separation package with true layoffs are probably over. Like two weeks per year service will see its demise.
    So, if you're thinking that those 2's are gonna creep up and get you out of here..try to time it so at least you can get 3 months from ole AZ.

    No I'm actually intelligent enough to know that separation packages may change at any time, just like FSIP structures. Aware of the HR website.
