Looking at the nationwide sales trajectory, changes in coverage by payers, lack of direction and communication from corporate, I have been hearing people discussing a second round of layoffs coming in the late spring / early summer. Has anyone heard anything or have thoughts on whether this is likely?

Wake up people. David Coles Is a paid-by-the-hour CEO brought in to to keep the ship from sinking long enough to salvage some value from it. The only reason he is still here is because the BoD can’t find anyone willing to take the job permanently. Anyone who believes Coles is fired up about the future of the company isnt paying attention. Think about what has to take place in order for MiMedx to become a viable entity again. Nearly impossible because there are SO MANY unknowns. They are trying to extract as much value as the can before it implodes. The second round of layoffs will be when the padlock the doors

That might be, but I making more money here than I can anywhere else right now. I’ll write it out while I continue to look at other opportunities.

As long as Ryan and his bard buddies dave and jay are gone. All of them talked way to much. They Jay and dave were both double dipping with us and bard> KARMA will get you

Pay attention to the increase in sales coming from agents. The directors get credit for these sales while clearly they are in competition with the AEs. RSDs are the ones signing these agents to contracts and are allowing them to call on hospitals and clinics.

Absolutely not. We will not be presenting at any conferences that allow questions.

i now get the lay-off treat all the time! No one on my team had the numbers they did last yr so now the tactic is to threaten lay-off. I wanna know if we are laid off does that void our non compete???? They would really hate when we start taking there business

They are no longer enforcing the non-compete. Reps have left for other companies - Organogenesis, Integra, etc. and are already taking business. MiMedx can’t and won’t do anything about it.

Thanks AVP! I personally know people that left and went to those companies and are taking business. All they got was a warning letter. MIMedx sent a warning letter but that is all they will do.

By the way - have you told your team that the only reason you are here is because of your $500k retention bonus?

    More wrong.

    1. Non-competes are definitely still being enforced. You need to personally know more people.

    2. You're dumb for even considering OI. They are PE owned and will be gone within 18 months...probably less depending on cash burn and/or how fast they can get injectable to market. And good luck at Integra where careers go to die.

Nope. Why don’t you comment about the AVP retention bonus? If things are so great here why do the AVPs need to be heavily incentivized to stay?

who cares what was promised? i'm pretty sure they are comped well with or without any incentive to stay. most are good people and i would do something to keep them too.

if they effed up anywhere it was probably hiring so many incompetent people who had no idea what they were doing.

Lol. So company goes thru massive layoff and what? They should just tell their best performers all is good? You need a lesson in restructuring. The step as important as cutting the fat is fortifying your base.

Don’t you find it hypocritical that they need to get paid massive retention bonuses in order to stay while spinning lies to us that everything is wonderful?

MiMedx is a 24 hour, seven days a week scam. These AVP’s would srew over their mother to make a buck

Most are hold overs from ABH.

i guess if you're a derm rep on left coast, sure. no reason to hang around until mohs decision is reversed. but i don't see biz flailing for my wound cen customers. humana add is already helping my numbers.

The same “yes men” who told you to do what Pete & Bill demanded are the ones telling you everything is ok.

I hope the avp’s, 500k, and rsd’s, 350k, enjoy their retention guarantees while they spin the corporate message to reps who haven’t received a thing. Reps are the foot soldiers with the relationships.
