Is this supposed to be an FU to the Shire reps for any particular reason? Have they done anything to you besides exist? Clearly you’re not on the inside to have any type of knowledge about what’s going to happen, so I’m guessing you’re just speculating and stirring the pot out of boredom.

Ever think about utilizing this board for something useful, instead of taking out your life frustrations anonymously? You’d probably be a happier person. And don’t say “I wasn’t being a dick I was just warning them.” You are being a dick, because if what you’re saying is true, a normal person would show some sympathy and not give a smug “happy Valentine’s Day” sarcastic line.

I don’t even work for Shire or Takeda, I just saw this and was very taken aback.

Question. Why would a recruiter call me to phone screen for a open Shire position or Takeda technically to sell Xiidra if there is going to be layoffs? restructure? Makes no sense. Waiting to talk with manager end of this week or start of next. Your posts are saying close to 100 open territories due to people jumping ship etc?

Takeda Tip To Ex-Shire Reps: At the beginning of your day, place a shiny penny in your shoe. This penny will rub against your foot and remind you that your job is to SELL!! Your business day should not include personal shopping, going to the gym, watching a movie, sitting at lunch for 2 hours, internet gambling, etc.!
