It’s time to get ride of Robin. Care more do more win more crap is old. People hate her. We hear the leadership teams feelings about her, they all hate her. She brings nothing to the table when it comes to leadership. She can’t even talk to a doc in the field, it’s embarrassing when she is in the car with you that I have to go back and apologize. You have Kollo on the bench and it’s time to put him in the game. You have a solid management team which is what’s holding things together. Kollo will take things to the next level, back to the good old days. When everyone was lockstep with BJ! Laser focused! Please please show her the door!

I work in her region as well. I didn’t join this thread to weigh in one way or the other on Robin particularly. She’s no Bill Johnson, but let’s be honest, how many Bill Johnson’s does this organization have to begin with? Bill Johnson is a bit of a force of nature and Robin does not have that kind of presence. We were lucky to have him as our RD for the better part of a decade. I wouldn’t be upset at all if Kollo took the reins as he is a solid citizen, but I’m not confident that a change of that magnitude is in the cards. It’s actually kind of refreshing to see a post on this forum that actually names names. I appreciate your candor.

Hmmmmm....okay, I will assume you are familiar enough with his body of work to lay those charges out. Fair enough. Who do you suppose has been the biggest benefactor(s) of his nepotism? Secondly, is there anyone in this organization in the upper ranks of management that you do feel is a competent leader and qualified to hold their title?

 

Kollo, Eury, Celmer, Walsh, Siegel, Cullison, Lacey and especially Corey Roy have all benefited from Bills nepotism. Bill is a great leader but yes certain people get promoted because of being his friend. Bill promotes women he is attracted to also. I.e Eury and Lacey

 

How disgusting and cowardly you are whoever posted all of this thread. You clearly will never be or have any position in leadership since all you do is point fingers. Start by looking yourself in the mirror I guarantee you are one of the main problems. Apologies women and minorities are such a a threat to you. Robin is crushing results right now.
