Tell me this SIP plan is an April fools joke in November.

8% for 1 year of testing when most clients need a year to figure out the testing?!?

I am NOT happy about it and plan to start looking - I hope our CEO does as well!

The plan is another in a long list of missteps over the past 2-3 years. Very sad what leadership has done. From billing program to Comp plan this place is DOOMED

Watch how fast we loose business now that they’re not paying on current clients.

It’s gonna be a quick death if the company.

I used to love this job!

    Thanks executive team!

CS is a joke... stop thanking us for our efforts in the field!

And PLEASE STOP telling us the internal corporate people depend on us! It’s poor form and leadership.

PS... if you want us To grow sales give us the tools to do so (better billing program and compensation program

Corporate GREED is an infectious disease, and apparently they've got it bad.

I don’t see anyone on our executive team taking volentary paycuts like there given to the salesforce.

Our pay was already well below industry standard.

Very sad indeed! I’ve already had 2 interviews and know of 3 other reps that are actively looking as well.

HOW IS ANYONE ACTUALLY STILL ON THE SALESFORCE? Do they all have second jobs (my guess is yes as no one can live and especially can’t support a family on what we are being paid)? The SIP and income are insultingly horrid and not remotely motivating. I’ve never in my wildest dreams imagined a company could shit on their salesforce like this- and have people ACTUALLY STAY!

I have NEVER in my life seen a more stupid, demotivating, lack of compensating compensation plan. Whoever formulated this was either a genius in figuring out how not to pay salespeople or a colossal turd blossom. My guess is it’s the latter.

complete corporate idiocy at its best

For anyone being contacted by this company for sales employment. Be forewarned, it’s a labor of love to work for them. Your pay if you have been in the industry for a while will he slashed to WTH levels. And you will be blindsided by it as they dance around it during interviews. I started as 1 of 7 new hires in early 2019. ALL of us were completely flabbergasted by the pay.

you are looking at $70-75k total comp. they budget for up to $20k over your $65k base- but the metrics to get there are unrealistic. You get paid on first 12 month new business as month commissions for new accounts (and unless you have a bluebird or two- or play good politics and games to find ways to create false new ones - which I didn’t have the care to do- that is between $400-800 realistically per month). Quarterly bonus- if you hit quota is between $1200 and $1800. To maximize that each quarter means hitting 15-20% over quota each quarter in growth. The whole plan is not motivating or income sustainable. Great for newbies trying to get in, or someone passionate for Functional Medicine who is willing to move to an apartment and live as a minimalist. Most of us don’t fit this mindset.

They WILL deflect questions around this to just get you in.
If you are cool with 70-75 k and $85k max total income, and non motivating pay metrics, then nothing wrong with it.

wasn’t a fit for me by a long stretch.

Also, with regard to the above. This job is INTENSE! If you were making over 6 figures previously, most will come in here SHOCKED and the work, knowledge, and training expectation relative to really low pay. It’s harder work and knowledge development than you likely ever had before, for a fraction of pay (and level of pay in today’s world that really doesn’t do much for you).

That was my other eye opener is what was expected of me relative to pay that was leaving me in financial duress when it came down to it. I was feeling like ‘why am I being expected to do and know more than I have in my career for half to one third of my prior income.

it just wasn’t a wise move financially- at all- especially given the intensity. As I said - labor of love
