So there’s a managers meeting coming up . Like every year it will be the typical
Leadership , management training , blah blah . Curious to see if we will find out the future of our teams or when the calls are coming .

Just kidding we know it’s March 29th .

It'll be another typical meeting, where we go, act like we care. They'll tell us all about how to motivate and squeeze our employees for everything we can get out of them. "Wow team, I came from this meeting so energetic and ready to get back in the field!" , where I know I can coach you to your highest highs. And tell you if you'll just do what's expected, I'll give you a 2.5% cola "raise" at the end of the year. That's what it'll be like. Maybe they will let us know if the new structure will affect respiratory or diabetes. My gosh, they might even tell us to go sell Bcise again! Oh wait, that'll be an April Fools joke. Us managers are pretty fed up, too.

Already layoffs in Utah today. Very tough. Excellent reps were let go. Starting to think they are discriminating on the over 50 ..

It’s true. HSS were let go because of an IDN shutting reps out.

I did a mentoring session with one years back.......he struggled terribly to explain to me what exactly his job entails and what he does all day.

They are very very activity driven most often with people that mean little to nothing to their business. BUT, they will be the first to take credit for sales success of their PC and RST counterparts. In my area, the HSS manager is a person of low moral character but they think they are a great leader:rolleyes:. No one trusts them and just lets them continue the charade. Sad really.
