As I read about Sunovion on CP, I wonder what has happened to us?

Sunovion is a good place to work. People are kind and we look out for each other during good and bad times. Sr leadership tries to do the right thing for field and HQ employees. For anyone who has worked at other companies, you know this isn't always the case.

Are we perfect? No

But for those few unhealthy individuals that insist on filling this forum with hate and vitriol, please leave Sunovion and/or seek help.

For those of us that actually enjoy our jobs and want Sunovion to grow and thrive. Please join me in visiting this site as little as possible. If you can't stay away, I would ask that you join me in one simple gesture. When you see negativity, hate or comments you disagree with, simply write #Hatenotwelcome, or #Pleaseleave.

first, the truth sometime hurt. I have been here for decades and seen company at its best. Much of the current trouble was brought in. You have sexism and racism , both back and white, and back stabbed. Management at all levels doesn’t stop it. I have observed it in front of management and even in front of HR representative and NOTHING was done, not even a coorection. So if negative words and actions are goi g to be tolerated at all levels, you can’t change things it that’s the culture that is propagated.

If you truly wish to return this company to the good old days it must start with ALLlevels of management

Asking someone to leave who speaks the truth means your head is in the sand or you are one of the violators. It can be tough to face the truthor yoir don’t want some to hold a mirror up to your face and actions to show you are the ugly one proigating the hate and ugliness. How about instead of asking people to leave, start spreading love instead oh hate

Well there you go. A nice Christian response. Obviously one of the Boston folks who don’t. Work, just sit around and talk about other. Try being productive and contribute to the company, beside talking about people behind their backs and tearing them down. Be positive instead of negative.
