    It's all about BEHAVIORS!!! If you've been around long enough, it's not about results. However, sometimes, if you're well behaved and you get lucky enough to push out a President's Club and brown nose at the same time, you're in! Congrats, you're the next shining star getting noticed by the nitwits in marketing etc. LMFAO

    The answer as to why CVT is having weekly useless "war room" conf calls. Management has NO IDEA what it is sales people are doing and they have NO IDEA what to do to stop eroding sales. NO CLUE, so pay seven figures to an outside consulting firm to "learn" what the hell is going on week to week in the field. This is how bad it is. We are led by senior executives, most coming from outside ostomy/advanced wound care market, and they are hopelessly waiting for their turn to get packaged out. Every 2.5 years, just watch if you think I'm a "negative troller". George will be gone at some point in 2020. This current 3 sales forces calling on same hospitals is more proof of foolishness. Sales Manager for this, sales manager for that, Area Directors, VP's, yada yada yada YAAAWWWNNNN. Now go sell more Aquacel and Shur-Fit you useless bunch of piss ants, and oh yeah, win some post-acute contracts BWAHAHAHAHA

    No longer a sales/marketing driven organization. Now run by a clueless ass hole who is dangerous because he thinks he actually has a clue.---PS. There is NO organizational excellence here. Period. George, what happened? you should have fired this dope and his whole department. Convatec had a clerk that crunched the Cognos numbers more accurately. Now you promoted someone who has ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for or from the field sales force and marketing department???? Agreed---Way too many VPs, and your disengagement from us in Ostomy is palpable.

    Agree totally. All you needed to know the truth about how this organization, um, company, (no organization at all, sorry), promotes/recognizes employees is to just attend National Meeting. Margaret wins "Behaviors" Award and a trip? Really? So she got all those votes from the field and home office for Quickbase? Really? Over the guy who ran the pilot and has been here 37 years, really? And speaking of that guy here for 37 years. An ostomy RSM for 1 year gets promoted to Area Director for WOUND CARE!!! Really Mary? Like the entire company couldn't figure that one out. Nice job convatec

    Dear Investors,

    The poster above is correct. NEPOTISM and FAVORITISM is the norm in this organization. A much disliked RSM, second from the bottom of the in rankings, who knows little if anything about wound care chosen for a senior sales management position- Area Business Director, over far more competent candidates.

    Awards give at a SALES MEETING to IT people????????WTF??? Clueless IT dweebs promoted and allowed to basically run the company??? Treating the sales team like crap??? Rearranging territories in March (for the second time in 8 months) so we can better focus on accounts that the reps never called on - Great idea!!

    This is why I'm leaving- ENOUGH - You can't fix stupid.

    Wow, do tell. I am recently no longer with CVT (there is a god), so who is the short term ostomy RSM that was just promoted to Area Director for Wound Care and who is the 37 yr veteran that got screwed? This has to be a good one. Sorry - get out, this can only get worse.

    I am leaving too!! This company is despicable. The territory changes are ridiculous. None of them make any sense when it comes to Geoagraphy. Have they actually considered how much more money will be spent with the anount of additional travel that we will be doing?

    i second the nepotism and favortism comment. The only way that you will get ahead in this company is if you kiss enough ass. Men get promoted when they have never had a successful year of sales but others, particularly women ate told they must be at 100% to be promoted. I am surprised that this company has not been sued for some of ther practices. I have worked here for 14 years and this is the worst shape this company has ever been in. There is no value placed on tenured employees. Why do we have 4 different sales forces? How much is it costing the company to pay these Home Health and Acute ATM’s? How much money is the travel costing the company since these ATM’s are covering huge territories? Why do we need ATM’s? Why not invest that money somewhere it is really needed? Like paying your employees better. Just dumb decisions that seem like a waste of money. All the good reps have left or are planning to leave.

    It infuriated me that Margaret got an award. I could not even bring myself to clap. She did not deserve any award. Quick Base is the stupidist thing ever. What is the point other than Micromanaging us? What is this system tracking? Who is it really helping? Margaret and her stupid Quick Base need to go. Right along with War Room calls. Get a normal CRM system that actually serves a purpose.

    He deserved to be promoted to Area Sales Director. He has won multiple awards as RSM and leads a successful team. I am disgusted by the behaviors of management. Hard work, successful track record and tenure is not rewarded my upper management. It is like a slap in the face.

    Investors please take note. This management team does not have a clue and are in process of running this once great company into the ground. Please find a better and more competent management team. All of the changes that they have made are disasterious. We do not have the right group leading Wound Care. Send Help!!
