Why are we paying so much expense for Sr Director HR to commute weekly from SF. You really couldn’t find a Training person?

People are not happy with KP. Why?

People not happy with Tracy. Why?

Why did the new admin leave?

What do all of these new hires do?

Otsuka- Interview all HR employees and the business. Get to the bottom of it.

Why are there so many home office
employees when we only have 1 drug
that doesn’t even make much money ?

Because they reached #1 by doing all the shady things that got us in this mess with the DOJ

Why did Tracy's communication person only last a couple of months? Was she fired or did she leave?

Sr Dr of HR from SF worked with TT. There’s lots of local talent, but it’s who you know and who you owe. Apparently they don’t have to follow the work from home policy or consider the expense to the company for her weekly travel.

Previous Communication person was shady and fired. New person is just as bad and has no clue.

Turn over is high there...leaders need to go.

It's spelled "dysfunctional", not "disfunctional". If we're going to put a name on it, let's spell it correctly.

Yes! Thank you for keeping the grammar clean! That's definitely "above the line" thinking. You're a "delighter"! Brilliant!

OMG that's so perfect! Does anybody get this person's sly jab? Hint: Klingon boots around the office and causes people to cry/flee/quit/disintegrate.

No, no one speaks to KP in KC because she's a snake and a psychopath. Every rep in the region knows it, her AD knows it, HR knows it. She's scum of the earth and screwed up such a great situation. Pure trash.

Use full first name and last name - ONLY WAY to keep the these idiots accountable. IT IS OKAY TO BE CLEAR WHO you are talking about. IT is not a crime

Confusion: WHICH "KP"? This is why you can't just use initials - it confuses the hell out of everybody. This post was originally about the HR Dept. So in that case, "KP" was meant to refer to Kelly P. in Human Resources. Note that I'm not using her last name so that CafePharma will not take down this post when Avanir Legal complains about it. I might mean ANY "Kelly P." in H.R. Who could possibly know which one? And "Tracy" could be ANY "Tracy", not necessarily the Tracy T. who is the Chief People Officer (though I really suspect that that's who the original poster was talking about. So help us all avoid confusion - use first names and last initials. Speaking for the rest of us in the office, most people here have no idea who "KP" in Kansas City is or any of the backstory.
