Story is she went ballistic on her team Told them to leave if they didn’t want to be 1st & much more. How sad that she represents JnJ credo, motto n diversity. Not much of a culture except intimidation.
The ppl present should tell HR

JnJ has a Credi? Oh you must be referring to the HR group that encourages unhappy people to come forward so that they can target your ass.

So true! JnJ wants all info buried if not you’ll go down for it at some point. This company allows men to treat women awful and you can’t say anything.

Someone had a bit of a melt down. It will go unreported.

Checked with someone on the CV team. People know about the manager and her insincere, dismissive managerial tactics. People don't want to be part of her team unless you are new to the company. So they either quit, get fired, transfer out, go out on medical or just give up and deal with the mental abuse-which isn't something JnJ should allow. To earlier poster- JnJ only uses their credo when it suits them. Trying to report a manager to HR and get any type result is nearly impossible unless you have multiple people report it.
This doesn't only happen on the CV team-it has happened in other divisions too.

CV Florida meeting. People were texting after the meeting - she made everyone uncomfortable. Should be reported to VP of Sales

Why didn't one of the team have their cell phone camera at the ready?

Any teen or NY subway rider would have had her dead to rights on video showing every abusive moment she dished out.

Now you would have had to anonymously send it to HR and the VP of Sales, but I'm sure someone has a friend who could have forwarded it from their phone to protect your identity.

The East Region (GI) had Multiple manager complicit in a host of HCC violations - one particular ( NY DM) - manager was reported with overwhelming evidence against her and nothing was done and she still has a job - Credo is a huge pile of BS - Document , Document , Document and trust no one

She is always so condescending on the conference calls, and talks down to our team like we are in kindergarden. Wake up RBD’s and HR, she is toxic and abusive

She is an HR intervention waiting to happen. What a horrible example of piss poor management! JNJ should be embarrassed!

Always ask yourself "who promoted her to her current position" and keep that in mind when you're dealing with the leadership. Someone likes her.

That particular DM has a horrible reputation. She has driven off some quality reps and is not a reflection on most DM's with the company.

Anyone that experiences any type of abuse, should report it to the J&J Credo hotline. Because HR will not do anything except crawl up your butt. It is anonymous the more calls the better. This behavior is completely unacceptable. The sales force is not a door mat, for managers to stomp on.
