Recently, our Leader thought that it a good business decision to reorganize us into what now looms as certain failure.

While some of us are just waiting for the other shoe to drop after being told we need to wait, most if not all are scratching our heads on these latest changes.

In what world does it make any practical sense to put our most senior, tenured and knowledgeable leaders who “get things done” under the likes of people like CW and now AR??? The latter having zero leadership ability not a record of getting the important work done, unless we count him making slides and repeatedly taking credit for what others have done?

What the hell is MJ thinking?

Morale was bad before, but now it’s nightmare?

Definitely and the morale is at an all time low with this latest “org” move which make no sense.

It's clearly evident that SM appointed his boy JS as the cross functional axe man. MJZ was his latest victim and he is no where near done with his dirty deeds. Most or all of the legacy US based veeps are on his short list and they know it. Stay tuned! -T

We are quickly becoming a Rudderless Ship.

Leaders lead, follower-wannabes will just place more drag on the Organization.

Your definition of "quickly" certainly doesn't match mine.

MJ elevated morons to positions over our tenured track senior leaders who would not suck up to her with mindless dribble and sham accomplishments like what we’ve witnessed lately. This is a complete joke.

Fear not! The next CIO will fix everything! But, we may not like the solution. The VPs have the most to lose.

Totally agree. What we have now is a major clown show run the likes of Tom "Wacky" Weck and other buffoons!

Weck is certainly on the low hanging fruit list when it comes time to clean house.
