Great to have the Boston office now since it was strictly for Aurelio and John's convenience.

You can thank Aurelio and his team for the demise of the MPO, the Chinese should have been more responsible in managing Aurelio, recognizing he had no experience, no relationships or support from the distributors and his team was/is in over their heads. Todd Smith, Ralph, Shankle, John Matthews, etc. Either we have old guys who are hanging on, dumbos who couldn't work elsewhere, or super young folks who don't know any better. No matter what, it's a recipe for failure. Jonathan Chen should be held accountable as well. Now the plan is to ship these positions off to Costa Rica? Are you kidding me.... This end is near. One distributor jumps and this will be no more. We should all be looking for jobs!

We should all be looking for jobs? I think you should, since I already have a job here, doing something I like in a company I think can achieve great things. If you’re not trying to do your best to help out, then you’re just in the way of those who are.

 

Please tell that to the 25 folks that were told just last Friday that they were being replaced by cheaper Costa Rican labor. I’ll bet every one of those 25 used to think they could achieve great things at this same company. It’s not a matter of doing your best; I’m sure you are. The simple fact of the matter is that more & more jobs are going to be off-shored. It’s all about the bottom line.

It’s a shame that you can’t number Compassion for those 25 among the great things you’re wanting to achieve.

Those 25 are the lucky ones they got out before it gets really bad. The rest of us get to stay and watch them dismantle this company piece by piece. Open your eyes!
