Doug & Rick didnt do their due diligence when they bought ZER & team. Then Sedor came in, made sure he was covered $$$ and started another company to keep $$ rolling in for execs. Maybe look to Purdue for guidance on how to cya...nope, they lawyers figured them out

after I left this fiasco I gave statements to lawyers about the drug use of dougie and sanjaya. They were also interested in the no-show job of dougie’s ex wife who had the hilarious title of VP Marketing.
