If this guy is creating a hostile work environment for his reps, Lundbeck should get rid of him! If they don’t, file a complaint with the EEOC first, ( Lundbeck HR is useless) and you guys hire an employment attorney. it will be interesting to see how many leave this year. This Baker guy sounds like a true psycho, similar to AB in St. Louis, and a few others. The best way to deal with a situation like this is to find another company to work for, because upper management will side every time with the ASM. Many good people, not only reps by any means, have left Lundbeck over the last year. Most are afraid to burn bridges when they do an exit interview, so they lie. Maybe just maybe, management will grow a pair and get rid of bad apples like this, if nothing more than for a business reason, because they poison the entire district.

I don’t need to know what is happening inside your district. I’ve read all of your posts. Your ASM could be satan himself. I don’t know. But I know that you’re in a hard place and you’re going about it all wrong with a complete lack of class. This isn’t the way to cause change. But it shows your level of maturity and class. Grow up.
Once again, management has shown they would rather lose an entire district, and keep a psychopath as a manager. This tells you all you need to know about upper management and Lundbeck.
