I don't know if anyone has been following the FTC case against Patterson ,Schein and Benco, but man it does not look good. The FTC shot down Patterson's arguments so quickly, the ink was barely dry on the motions. The Judge actually told them not to bother with a motion to dismiss!!!! If this was the 1500’s, the two of them would be beheaded for treason. Not just for the collusion and conspiracy, but mostly for just being really stupid.
