    Stop the bullying!!!!! You play your favorites and offer NO benefit to the TEAM other than making them feel like they’re constantly on the hot seat. You may have been a great AE but, far from what it takes to be a successful RSD. You couldn’t care less about getting to know your AE’s on a personal level and establishing a team mindset. Your only concern is “what analytic can I produce” today and vomit over everyone. Much like our AVP! No idea what Corp is think but it isn’t working. No wonder people are dropping like flies. Maybe if you would try to develop our area instead of pushing people out to make room for your cronies you might not be at the bottom. Another thing, are you that naive to think people don’t hear the comments you make behind their backs?!

    Well said! My RSD is the same way and the AVP is a complete ass clown

    I don’t think “develop” was mentioned. Any asshat can send out excel spreadsheets while pulling in a 350k guarantee.

    There’s a fine line between being profitable or getting fired and unfortunately no one knows what that is. Seems to be ever-changing depending on who the AE is.
