Are we entering into another thinning of the sales herd? Hearing of wholesale firing of rookie reps from multiple branches. Can anyone confirm?

It's a bold move Cotton let's see how it plays out.

I haven't seen any uptick in branch terminations (voluntary or otherwise).

Pretty sure we’ve hit rock bottom and more cuts may not be in the cards.

Interesting to see how the year ends up. I’m doing my part, which doesn’t really matter in the long run. Will be opting out do this mess in less than 6 months. My GM is a real piece of work (shit).

If we don't hit numbers with the stock hovering around $20/21 per share we'll take it in thet shorts even harder if we miss earnings. We're down massively $$ on equipment so not really doing our part on that front. Lost too many good people in recent years to hit the crazy numbers they give us.

I know a few reps that have been forced out in the last 3 months but not really sure why. I don’t think there’s a planned headcount reduction strategy as in past years. Mot people will leave on their own accord due to the miserable state of the company.
