    Yes, Catherine is leaving May 1st. No training department, inexperienced TM's and lack of positions on GPO's, leadership by GP spells disaster! Could it be the Con's goal is to have people leave so they don't have to pay comp, making their profit margins appear better then they can sell off the individual product lines? BEWARE!

    Convatec is not, and has not been vested in its people for quite a long time. The VP of HR is so detached from the day to day business of the company and she has a "let them eat cake" attitude. Exit interviews are pathetic. With so many people leaving you would think this VP would want to participate in these interviews- She is nowhere to be found---let them eat cake---- Catherine was a smart and good person, (perhaps she should have VP of HR) but maybe training was not the right position for her because she never sold the products.McKinsey is a huge mistake. They have one goal, to maximize their engagement, and hence billing with Convatec. All very sad. I left after many years with the company. I would have stayed a few more years, but I couldn't bare to watch the almost intentional destruction of such a fine and highly respected Company. Some advice, Call J. Addicks and see if he would be willing to help clean up the absolute mess that exists in the training department... That is if you really care to even fix it.

    Catherine was one of the good ones. Sorry to see her go. Who is head of HR? Sharon? HR is a big problem at Convatec. They have heard the same complaints from exiting employees but remain complicit. They do have a let them eat cake attitude. I am surprised Convatec does not have more lawsuits against them from former employees.

    The PICO 7 pump contains a MAGNET. Keep the PICO 7 pump at least 4 inches (10 cm) away from other medical devices at all times. Failure to do so can cause the other medical device to fail which can result in serious harm including death.

    When will the leadership team actually take ownership of destroying this company? It starts with all of you! Stop putting unrealistic expectations on the sales force and take some responsibility for your own missteps. Chronic got their comp a week ago only to be told that it is wrong. It is almost May!! Wtf? It is unacceptable! Where is our marketing team? Why are we not hiring more individuals to address our big issues like backorders?? Every fucking thing is on backorder. Instead you want to hire hundreds of useless ATM’s! You are not addressing the right problems!! We don’t need ATM’s we need a marketing team you morons. Start listening to what is being said. Stop shutting down every piece of valuable feedback with bullshit responses. You are all so out of touch with what actually happens in the field. When have any of you even sold our products? You want us to push SCD but it has been on backorder since Feb! How the hell are we supposed to sell something that we can’t even get? Look in the mirror and blame yourself. Stop putting unrealistic pressure on the rest of us to solve your mistakes. Take ownership for your own mistakes. It seems like the leadership team would like us all to quit. There is no other logical explanation. This is one shady, heartless disgusting group of individuals on the leadership team. They are all so busy being yes men to their superiors they forgot that the people that they continue to treat like shit are the ones that make a difference. Learn how to manage your people instead of worrying about kissing up and being yes men to your superiors.

    I do believe this behavior is intentional and they are not truly trying to fix it. They want us all to quit and want to sell off in pieces.

    I'm so happy that I also left the company at the beginning of this year! There really does need to be a clean out of the whole leadership team. Be interesting to see what does happen once the new CEO comes onboard, because I don't think the company can be saved.

    I think it says something when the amount of HR people are leaving!

    Me too. Just left. They need to show Sharon the door. VP sales is making the same Freshman mistakes that that were made by several other management teams. She hasn't a clue what good even looks like. Con't identify one problem they haven't made worse. Convatec already suffered thru poor advice given by consultants, (can you say Proudfoot). So you bring in more with a fancier pedigree?????(expect the same crappy results)

    I'd suggest that you business wizards whip out the Convatec history book and stop making the SAME mistakes over and over again. BTW if you need consultants, why does CONVATEC need YOU? Mr. New President, its time to cull the bloated, inept "leadership" heard.

    I agree. This leadership team has brought this company to it’s death. Things are far worse than they were before. They do not understand our products and market and do not realize that their expectations for the salesforce are not realistic or possible. Let’s have 5,000 conference calls. A CRM that does nothing for anyone and force the salesforce to make 8 calls a day. Doesn’t matter if they are good calls all we care about is that number. Guess what? Most people are lying because it is fucking impossible to do!!!! Hahahahaha!! Eight calls a day!!! That alone tells you just how out of touch and clueless this new leadership team is. Have they ever even sold our products? It is impossible to drive 5 hours to my new territory where I know no one and am starting from scratch and make 7-8 calls a day. Get your heads out of your asses. This company has great products but horrible leadership. Stop getting in the way of our selling with war room and other useless garbage and let us do what we need to do. War Room alone makes me want to quit. WHAT is anyone getting from war room? Waste of time that I could be focused on making appointments. The consulting company was a mistake the first time and it is an even bigger mistake the second time. Things are much worse now. Nothing has improved. Please new CEO hear what is being said and clean house of all leadership. This group does not get it at all and are making Rookie mistakes. I am including HR and Sharon in this. She has not done anything to help the thousands of complaints she gets from frustrated employees. Cue the lawsuits.

    Can we also get rid of the worthless corporate accounts woman that loves bringing her band man boyfriend along with her on work trips? She is fully underqualified for anything beyond a TM and was demoted from an RSM position after most of her team jumped ship. She was promoted, demoted and now needs to go. Why are horrible people allowed to stay around? Are they too dumb to get hired elsewhere, or is ConvaTec too stupid to show them the door? I guess both. Yes, history is just repeating itself. We deserve to tank - which the stock has confirmed.

    Its really easy to go on anonymous boards and trash people isn’t it...hope you feel good about yourself. Shows how much integrity you have (none). Do many things at this company need improvements? Absolutely. There are many people here trying to make it better, and it will get better once small-minded haters like you have been purged. It’s comical that a handful of disgruntled people are so active on here...why would you stay at a company that you feel is so horrible? Maybe because you’re not that intelligent, or maybe no other company would hire you because you have no marketable skills, or maybe you are just past your prime. I bet it’s all of the above.     Well these things that you claim people are cowardly posting on boards have been brought up directly to leadership MANY, MANY,MANY times by MANY people, only to be dismissed. There is such an obvious lack of value put on employees or feedback from the field. We are the ones that make this company thrive not you. This is the first leadership team in years that this applies to. In the past feedback was taken from the field and changes were made accordingly. The only people lacking integrity is the current leadership team. A big clue is when your best and most tenured employees are leaving after 15-20 years. Reps that went to President’s club year after year but you call them disgruntled , small minded haters instead maybe thinking the problem lay at the top of the food chain? Okay. Do you really believe your inexperienced ATM’s are going to save this company? Have you spent time on calls with ATM’s? I assure you it would be a very eye opening experience. Young does not equal experience. On one hand you ask us to be transparent and on other we are shut down for speaking up. Please find me one person other than upper management that think that War Room and Quickbase is providing any benefit or value to the field. Here is some advice. Listen to what the people who actually make this company money.

    A handful of disgruntled employee’s? Haha! Are you really that out of touch? Do you have any idea that the majority of reps and RSM’s at Convatec are miserable!! That was not always the case. Just in the past year or so. Things were great before. We ALL talk about this fact. Not just a handful employees. Just about everyone is openly miserable. Some of your best reps have left. I have worked here a long time and have never seen so many people ready to quit. This used to be a fantastic company to work for. It is so sad to see it be run like a nazi camp.

    Yeah. War room and Quick Base have made this company thrive. That was sarcasm by the way. Please provide a list of individuals that are trying to make things better.
