That is the problem. Dennis thinks signatures is the path to revenue. It's not your manager or zone director. They're just following the iron fist of DG.

Applied is going to lose all their good reps if they don't realize that unless they strike a deal with an IHN. You can't expect your reps to focus on selling one product that has no shot without corporate approval. Voyant is a good product, but it's the same as Ligasure. You aren't going to be able to sell on any clinical difference. Applied needs to wake up and realize this. It's a me too product. There's literally nothing revolutionary about it so don't try and sell it that way. Doctors aren't stupid. Get Voyant on an IHN and have your reps work to implement it. That's the only way it is going to ever get in a hospital. The lack of getting anything done at a corporate level should show you that the top of the food chain folks have literally no connections with top brass at IHN's. Yet blame the reps who are out there struggling because they have no firepower. The comp plan is garbage so don't be shocked when your best reps leave because you created a mess. Just look at the turnover in the past year. Probably the highest for Applied ever. You can't make money at Applied right now or in the foreseeable future.

Here’s the truth: I am a manager here & have been for the past 7-8 years (so I don’t give away who I am since Applied has been known to target employees & fire them without cause or justification) & no one believes in Voyant. The other mgrs I have spoken to have said in confidence this technology will inevitably fail. We missed the boat years ago & I know I’m laughing st Grosshans any time he says the words “get signatures.” Nobody respects him & the only reason he still has a job is because he’s probably having sexual relations with one of Said’s many family members. After we have our calls or meetings w/ him about why WE are unable to get signatures, we laugh about him behind his back. So don’t feel bad young grasshopper, we all support you

most customers can appreciate the signature forms but when a surgeon sends an email or makes a call that really shows they want the product. But Medtronic will get their surgeons to CMO. The product works but isn’t as good or as reliable as Medtronic and Applied can’t and won’t pay to cover things up like Medtronic does.

If you are a rep in an IHN territory, you should just quit or go to traditional and wait 6/9 months to get another job and collect 20%

Probably having the sexual relations with a male member of the family from what I've been told. Apparently he has a record of getting a little touchy with men in locker rooms...or so I have been told.

Who's to blame if it's not released then?

Clearly it's you moron reps fault if you don't sell it. All it takes to sell a robot is to memorize a poorly worded pitch and ask for a signature. Then the hardworking folks in upper management at Applied leverage all the close connections at hospitals they have and a robot will appear in a couple days.

My advice would be to get off the message boards and go into the OR and sell. Which is what you are being paid to do, am I right?

I thought we were being paid to go get signatures?
