Nephrology expansion

Is there a nephrology expansion? Lots of Neph jobs on site. What is the base salary range if you all don't mind. Is it a good culture, commission and all that?

 

RUN! The culture of this company is poisonous ☠️, top down.

 

Does this product have any type of long-term success In Neph ?

 

Nope. Only a couple of current Neph reps. were on the pilot program.

 

What is the nephrology product?

 

$115k to $135k.

The company pays VERY well. Hard to replicate their compensation...but it comes at a price. The comment about the culture being toxic is 100% accurate.

 

Statistically speaking people will leave negative reviews more than positive ones. I’ve been here 5 years and yes we have we gone through growing pains like any other company. But when I see someone say “the culture sucks”, all I think about is “how long did this person last” because overall this place offers amazing compensation, shares, and have been transparent as much as the can be for being a publicly traded company. I personally have an amazing manager and a great team so my days are mainly good.

 

Ok Suzy suck up how long can we use growing pains as an excuse for incompetence?

 

Can you please provide an example of excellent compensation including equity. Thank you

 

Bawahahahahahahahahahahaha! Been here longer and seen more.. I could write a book about the dishonest practices of this little company. Not worth the misery.

 

I work with the product this division will sell; the only people who could be saying the culture is toxic are primary care reps, to spoiled to know how good they have it! That being said, I wouldn't want to be in primary care, and this position isn't....good opportunity with a company that will get bought out within 2-4 years.

 

Just primary care? Umm no. Tim W is as crooked as they get. I am waiting for the day he gets dragged off in handcuffs

This division has 6-8 months before it is dissolved. Neph simply can’t be bought like rheum - the previous strategy will fail.
