Novartis is not in a good sot and surely wants to settle before the trial gets going.

I think it will be north of $1B and there will be a CIA extension tied to it for at least 3 if not 5 years

 

Novartis claims they are innocent yet will settle for a payout of 1 billion just so they can say they weren’t guilty and on the heels of this lawsuit is Sandoz

Or theyre just not advertising it? Seems to me novartis is pretty confident that they can beat the claims, i have a feeling theyre going to drag this one through the court system....

According to the court docket the trial is not happening. I don't think the Whistleblower would not proceed so there is likely a settlement. Why are they waiting to announce the outcome? Who knows. My guess would be Novartis would like to announce it this Friday after the stock market close before a holiday weekend. This will limit press coverage. Don't know if the government will grant them the concession.

Wow! trial was great! Novartis had Stormy Daniels provide lap dances for the jury & Michael Cohen passed out cuban cigars. A dozen for the judge ......but they still lost

 

Management screwed the reps over the years. At least somebody will screw them back, good luck.
