Could someone give the insights on the BCBU Unit / White Team , the products, & the culture? I do appreciate any insights you can provide me with !!

 

Sounds like information gathering for an interview process --
Well we know Cafepharma is mostly gossip, and we know sometimes the gossip is true, and other times false.
How would you know which information is true, to use it for an interview ? Even if five people said it (especially on an anonymous board) then it still can be false. It might even be the same person posting five times. If only one person said it, then it still might be true (or false) with equal guesses either way.

BCBU white team sells Repatha and Aimovig. The culture in the BCBU is just....meh. Lots of change recently with realignment of the salesforce. It’s just a weird transition period for our team right now. Not good....not bad.....just different.

I love selling Aimovig! I loathe selling Repatha. Honestly, selling Repatha is a total dogfight. There’s a ton of pressure to get Repatha numbers moving.....and fast.
